Join Sinéad on a 9 day retreat nestled at the base of Sacred Mount Khangchendzonga on an award winning Heritage Farm.
The intention of this retreat is to enrich all life: your own and the larger web of life.
This is an invitation to people who wish to have their presence be the driving force in their life, ground in their clarity and to consciously contribute to effective solutions to our current global challenges.
In absence and separation we can no longer hear each other, our surroundings or life and we become unbalanced and stressed. This 9 day retreat provides a safe space within which to explore where you are absent to yourself and others and the support to bring presence back to heal these places. In this space of deep caring the unheard, unseen and unfelt heroes of your younger parts can find a place to rest and movement can be restored. This frees a lot of vital energy and creativity and is felt as a coming home to yourself. The shared intelligence of the group allows you tap into new skills, experience cohesive relating and the joy of feeling life from its more expanded perspective.
There is a nourishing simplicity in the dance of knowing ourselves and others. Will you join in this dance?

Days 6 & 7 – Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th May
Slow down and allow the new to ground
After gently waking the body and enjoying a wholesome breakfast there will be time for a private one-to-one with Sinéad. In this 30 minute session together you can get a feel for your next steps and what you wish to invite in for your life.
Relax in the afternoon either by enjoying an age old traditional “Menchu” or visiting the farm. You will have a chance to do both over these two days.
The traditional hot stone bath, or Menchu, is prepared with fresh herbs and barks. The herbs are collected by a villager assigned to the Menchu and entail an extensive search of over 2 hours in the nearby forest. The procedure takes a further 4 – 5 hours for preparing the juice and heating the stones over wood-fire. The secret ingredients are passed on through the ancestral lineage. The Menchu is housed in an exclusive room with two wooden bathtubs. Not only a relaxing experience but healing too!
If it is your day to visit the farm you can see first hand where some of the exquisite healthy food you’ve enjoyed came from! As well as some of the spices you may use back home in your own cooking. Find out how different plants and crops support each other and what goes into creating a healthy, sustainable organic farm.
Blessed by the full moon take the time before bed to connect and plant the seeds of the new in your life.
